How to use Affirmation cards ?

Everyone needs a little optimism to be able to look at situations from a positive perspective. Our MS affirmation cards is like your own personal cheerleader, rooting for you each step of the way. These cards will give you the extra “oomph” and sunshine you need for your day. Pick one out, read it out loud, and go forth with being the rockstar that you are.

When should you use the affirmation cards ?

While you can use affirmation any time of the day , it is helpful to play with them when you feel most open.

I usually prefer to read my affirmation cards first thing in the morning.

You might like to take a few deep breaths before you use them, have your journal ready to explore them deeper, light a candle or anything else that makes you feel extra snug and supported.

How to use our affirmation deck?

  1. Shuffle the deck: Once you have your deck, shuffle it well to mix up the order of the cards.
  2. Draw a card: Think about a specific guidance that you are looking for and then draw a card intentionally and let the universe guide you by drawing a card at random.
  3. Read the affirmation: Once you have drawn a card, read the affirmation out loud. Take a moment to reflect on the words and what they mean to you. Consider how you can apply this affirmation to your life.
  4. Repeat the affirmation: Repeat the affirmation to yourself several times. You can also write it down in your journal or place it somewhere visible to remind yourself of the message throughout the day.
  5. Take action: Finally, take action on the affirmation. Consider how you can incorporate it into your daily life and make positive changes based on its message.
  6. Play with positivity: These cards are designed in a way where you can play and spend quality time with your loved ones. These affirmation will also help you spark interesting conversations with them.

Remember, affirmations are not a magic solution, but rather a tool to help you focus your thoughts and intentions in a positive way.
