I am worthy of happiness !

There’s no such thing as getting there. In the last few months, I have experienced a cyclic game of lost & found. And i realised one of the biggest life lessons ” You are already legitimate because you exist, as you are, where you are.”  say it out loud ” I am worthy of love and happiness’ 

While working on my business and personal life, I always thought that if I could sell ( x amount ) or find the right person ( by this date ), I will feel fulfilled.

Ha !!

As I acknowledge the journey, I’ve realized that no destination reached would potentially bring fulfillment, and hence fulfillment is not a reward for achievement. 

Fulfillment is the action, in a moment-to-moment vibration, happening while we are experiencing our practice/love in real-time.

Dreams help you create a vision and it’s important to achieve materialistic things because we live in a capitalist society. But we often attach our self-worth to it, not realizing that goals are meant to be used as a direction, not a scoreboard of who you are !! 

Try not to judge yourself. The thing is, the feeling of seeking an outcome is just a normal part of the spectrum of living experience, and more importantly, a feeling does not alone determine who we are or how good we are in the world, but how we perceive and act upon the feeling is what can really make a difference. you are worthy of everything that you desire. 

My simple advice to myself and my reader is to keep questioning yourself : 

How can you meet your creative fulfillment on a deeper, softer, everyday kind of level?

P.S. No one is a loser for having goals. Goals are worth having. Let’s just not let our self-worth and happiness hinge on whether to not we reach them, see?
